Minutes of Meeting The Alumni Association Office Bearers meeting was conducted on 31st August 2019 in the Annapoorana Hi-Tech Computer Lab at 3 pm. The meeting was attended by the Advisory Committee as well as Office bearers of the Alumni Association, both, in person and via Skype. Advisory Committee 1. Dr. A. Nagappan, Principal, Vinayaka Mission’s Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College 2. Dr. P. Gnanasekar, Director, IQAC, Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) Office Bearers 1. Mr. J. Subramanian - President 2. Mr. G. Ravikumar - Secretary 3. Mr. S. Ganesh - Joint Secretary 4. Mr. S. Prakasam - Executive Member 5. Dr. D. Vinod Kumar - Executive Member 6. Dr. M. Nithya - Joint Secretary. The meeting was organized by Mr. P. Sellamuthu, Alumni Co-ordinator. The following decisions were discussed and approved by the members. 1. Alumni day was fixed on 21st December i.e 3rd Saturday 2019. 2. All batches that graduated in 1991 to till date were to be invited for this program. 3. WhatsApp Groups of Alumni were to be identified and all batches were to be notified. This information will be posted on our college website. 4. Rs.1000/- was fixed as registration fees for Alumni Association. 5. Registration form of Alumni Association was to be finalized. 6. The registration form and bank account details are to be hyperlinked for transaction confirmation. 7. Separate Organizing Committee was to be created. The meeting was concluded at 5pm.
